Are you in crisis and do not know where to turn? If so, it is time to get help. Jaclyn can help you identify the issue and customize strategies to handle or overcome them. Jaclyn understands that everyone is different, and their counseling journey is different. Jaclyn will come along side to meet you where you are. She has been married for 18 years, has 3 children and is an adoptive mom.
Jaclyn uses a Reality Therapy/Choice Theory Approach to counseling. Her main areas of focus are helping individuals who are going through mental health crisis, college/career life transitions and marriage/family issues.
Through her personal experiences with grief, post-partum depression, and anxiety, Jaclyn found refuge in counseling. She wants to be that refuge for other people. To let them know, you are not alone, and you are not beyond help.
"The treatment types that I utilize are individualized based on the needs of my clients and their issues. Personalized and thoughtful are two ways I would describe my types of treatments."
